When will your polymer clay charms be back in stock?

My handmade polymer clay charms take a long time to make, package and photograph so I cannot restock them as often as I’d like. I make clay charms at random when I have time, the best way to keep up to date with what will be available and when is to follow me on Instagram or Twitter.

How much is shipping?

Shipping may vary depending on weight and size of your order but in general UK shipping is £1.10 and international shipping is £3.50.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, if you have a postal service I can ship to you!

When will my order be dispatched?

Unfortunately due to working a full time job alongside running Kawaii Studios dispatch times vary. I aim to ship your order within 3-4 working days of purchase, which I usually achieve but dispatch can take between 1-1.5 weeks at it's longest.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

UK orders will arrive in 1-3 days of dispatch and international orders can take anyway between 1-4 weeks, 2.5 weeks usually being the average for US customers. 

My order hasn't arrived yet what do I do?

Sometimes things work slower than they should within the postal system due to holidays, busy periods or just bad luck! Please allow at least 1 week for UK orders and 3 weeks for international orders before contacting me about missing packages. 

Most orders that are presumed lost turn up a week or so after the average delivery time and arrive safe and sound. 

Please get in contact with me if you suspect your order has been lost and I can work on replacing your order.
